Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. To confirm your order we will email a confirmation letter to you as per your web-site order.

All orders must be paid in full at time of ordering. We do not accept credit cards but you can pay by cheque, made payable to thecardandfavourcompany.co.uk Ltd. We reserve the right to decide when a contract with a customer is formed. We are not bound to supply the goods ordered until the order is accepted by us. Prices are effective from November 2006 and orders are accepted subject to our right to adjust prices quoted, to take account of any changes in costs, without prior notice. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Shipping And Handling All orders under £50 will sent 1st Class Recorded Delivery, orders over £50 will be sent Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery. When stating delivery address please remember a signature will be required to accept the goods.

Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you in 14-21 days for DIY products, usually sooner. Please allow 4 - 6 weeks from receipt of payment for delivery of ready made favours, however urgent orders may be supplied sooner (additional costs may apply).

We endeavour to supply your order as required, however should circumstances beyond our control, e.g. supplier out of stocks or supplier price increases affect supply, The Card and Favour Company will inform you of any problems occurring after your order has been placed, should any lines be out of stock.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. Due to nature of the components we do not accept responsibility for colour variation, if you send a colour sample we will advise if any variation is applicable. As certain items are handmade, variations may occur. Confectionary - To be stored in cool temperature and please state D.O.W to enable us to make sure the expiry date well exceeds the usage date! All favours (where applicable) carry the following discrete label warning as stipulated by trading standards.
