Why chose us to provide your wedding/event favours?
How long will my order take to make?
Wedding favour orders are usually produced within 4-6 weeks from receipt of order and payment. However, if you require your order more urgently than this please call us on 01425 476606 to discuss your requirements and we will do our utmost to meet your required deadline.
We recommend that you place your order for wedding favours as a minimum, 12 weeks in advance of your wedding/event to ensure stock availability and to allow your order to be scheduled into our production diaries. However, most people book in with us up to 12 months in advance of their wedding to secure availability.
DIY orders are normally dispatched within 7-21 days.
Can I choose my confectionery filling?
Yes, you may choose from a variety of confectionery fills which have been carefully selected to suit a wide range of tastes and budgets. If there is a confectionery fill which is not shown please contact us and we will do our utmost to accommodate your requirements.
What will my “decorated favour box” include?
Our decorated favour boxes include a confectionery fill which is beautifully presented within a tissue paper inlay. A personalized and printed gold or silver foil edge “Thank You” label which also includes your names and date of wedding. The box is then finished with luxurious satin or organza ribbon which is available in an array of colours to suit your theme. Rhinestone jewels, butterfly motifs or other decorative trims can be added to your box for a small additional charge depending on your theme and requirements.
There is also an upgrade option to have your guest names printed onto the gold or silver foil edge label instead of the “thank you” and in fact many brides choose to go for this upgrade option as it saves the need for a separate place card - therefore saving money and also a good idea if space is limited on the wedding tables! The cost of upgrading to have your guest name on the label is an additional 50p each per favour box label.
Do I order favours for my male guest?
Yes of course, why should they miss out on delicious chocolates or yummy sweet treats! We offer a wide range of favour boxes which are suitable for your male guests.
What favours do you offer that are suitable for children?
We offer a wide range of specially selected boxes and bags with a choice of confectionery filling such as chocolate buttons, jelly beans or smarties. We can also provide children’s activity boxes which are great for keeping little ones amused during the reception and especially useful during the speeches.
Do you offer a DIY range?
Yes, we are pleased to offer a range of flat packed boxes, bags, confectionery, ribbon and trims shuold you wish to create your own favours, please see our DIY & Special offers page for more information.
Are we able to meet you in person?
Yes, we would love to meet you personally to discuss your stationery and/or favour order and ideas. We have a design studio which you would be welcome to come along to. However, please be advised this would be by appointment only so please call us today on 01425 476606 to book your appointment.
Do you offer favours/table gifts for other special occasions?
Yes that’s the great thing about our favour boxes as they can be made to suit your requirements to reflect the specific event or theme. We have supplied our favours for all manor of special occasions including :- Weddings, Ladies Festivals/Evenings, Corporate Events, Product Launches, Anniversaries, Christenings and in fact any occasion all you need to do is ask!
